The first topic I choose was Native American Tribes: The History of Miseducation. I choose this because I have an interest in the Native Americans and anytime I can learn more about them, anything about them, I take the opportunity.
I personally think what was done to them was far worse than anything Americans have done to any other culture. Even in this it is evident; we forced them to learn what we wanted and then didn’t provide what we said we would. If you do a search words line genocide and holocaust come up in some of the websites, how far is this from the truth? Is it the truth?

ReplyDeleteI think you picked excellent topics. I didnt pick eihter. I feel that the websites about God in the classrooms were the best. You did a good job finding the sites you did and felt like they were worth sharing with us. I feel that it is horrible that we took God out of the schools. It has been like that for centuries and there never was a problem until now. What happened to America?
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed her two choices also because seeing it for her view point made me think about how our schools are being taught. In our classroom today, teachers have to be careful about religion and how it may affect another person's belief. Parents are very picky about schools and what their curriculum is all about.
